MDF

Medium Density Fiberboard or MDF is an engineered wood product. MDF has many uses in today's marketplace. AllRout machines thousands of MDF panels each year. MDF is available in 4' and 5' wide panels varying in thickness from .125" through 2". MDF is used in building construction and is a common material for POP displays in retail stores. It is also used as core material for laminated panels due to its stable nature.

MDF is a popular material because it is stable and easy to machine. It can be painted easily and it is a favorite of the store display manufacturers because it can be powder coated producing a very high quality finish.
