3D MACHINING

AllRout has the ability to machine your 3D parts with the help of AlphaCAM 2010 R2. We purchased the latest software to help us to be able to draw and manipulate 3D models with ease. Solidworks and AlphaCAM allows us to import multiple file formats such as: IGES. STEP, and STL. Both softwares will also import your native Pro-E, Inventor, Rhino, SolidEdge and even Catia files.

We have machined 3D parts for pattern making, decorative sculpture, mold making, rapid proto-typing companies. The advantage that we have over other machining techniques is that we use large format machines with vacuum beds. Our routers have a 5' x 12' and a 5" x 20" bed so we can handle even your largest projects. These large machine beds lend themselves to machine full 48x144 foam sheets in multiple 3D nested parts.
