PACKAGING MATERIALS

AllRout can manufacture components used for packaging. We can machine Crosslink polyethylene foam to your specifications. We have created custom fixtures to hold 3” thick foam components used in a variety of automotive packaging applications. We machined Homasote material for packaging and for tackboard substrates.

Our machines are capable of machining many non-standard type materials for custom applications. If your parts require unusual materials and you have samples, we will make every effort to provide you with the finished product accurately routed to your specifications.
